"The other thing I wanted to talk to you a little bit more about is the different styles of barbecue. In the South we use our barbecue as a wet barbecue. In like Missouri or Texas, they do more of a dry barbecue which is a rub. The thing we're doing today is more like a rub and a wet style barbecue. For all you barbecue connoisseurs out there, I know you have your own secrets and tips and these secrets are just mine from Rib City Grill. I'm considered an expert because I own a barbecue restaurant. We did do a couple of contests last year. We did win pulled pork, the award for pulled pork in the state of Utah. We haven't won for our beef brisket because I just started doing that one. But there are several states in which barbecue is different and like I said here, we use a wet style."
