"Hi, it's Dow here at the Firehouse Car Wash and Detail Center, today we're detailing the exterior of your car, teaching you how to do it like a professional. One of the things that's really troubling to a car owner is when you get that unfortunate dent or ding. Now when our customer brings their car in for us to give it a detail, we want to make sure that they get their complete satisfaction. We don't personally here at the Firehouse have dent removal. We bring an outside individual in, and I'm supposing in most of your communities there's someone who is available to come do professional dent removal. There's a dent in the hood of this car, using proper tools and training that they have they can usually life those dents and make them virtually disappear. So we'll often coordinate dent removal with the timing of a detail. Of course there's typically an additional charge. It's usually somewhere between forty or fifty dollars per dent to remove. They can do them on the side where you have door dings, they can do them on the hood where somethings been placed on the hood, really move around the car and do a great job. If you're trying to get the total satisfaction or customer delight, you know, your job is to point out to your customers those imperfections are the things that can be fixed. If you can help service their needs and have it be a one stop shop for them, the chances that they will come back to your detail shop or tell their friends and neighbors about how satisfied or delighted they were with your service, you're going to increase your business and make you more successful as a detailer."
