"Hi it's Dowell here at the Firehouse Car Wash and Detail Shop. Today we're exterior, we're going to do an exterior detail and train you how to do it just like a professional. We're going to make a couple of assumptions when we get started here. First of all we're going to assume that the car's already been washed, and it's clean, and it's ready to have an exterior detail. So washing the car can be watched, can be done in a, or learning how to wash a car can be done in a separate segment. But what we want to do before we jump in is make sure we have the right products available to us. In this segment, cleaning the exterior, or detailing the exterior of the car, we're going to talk a lot about waxes. We're going to talk about protective coatings, things like spray on wax or showroom shine, we're going to talk about cleaning Industrial Fallout. So we've got a table full of things here, we'll talk more specifically what they are. But what I like to do when I detail a car is either have them on a cart, so I can move them around and they're accessible to me, or a little caddy with the things in it so I can carry it around. We also want to make sure when we get started, we have an ample supply of clean, dry, towels. We've got all different sorts of microfibers, we've got cotton, terry towels, because when it comes to detailing, you know, towels, chemicals, and the right applicating tools are critical to getting the job done, and getting the job done right."
