"Hi it's Dow here at the Firehouse Car Wash. Today we are going to teach you how to detail the exterior of your car just like a professional. In setting up for that we always want to make sure we've got the car in a good location. Today we are going to be working on the outside of the car. We want to make sure that it's in the shade or that at least it's cool to the touch. Direct hot sunlight is not the place to detail the exterior of the car. So if you don't have a garage or a tarp or a shade you can get underneath, I'd look to find a place like that. We are in our professional detail shop today, a lot of work going on around us, I'll talk loud so you can hear me. We've got this black car because it best represents the probably the most difficult cars for us to care for and take care of is a black car. They show every scratch, every swirl mark, every defect in the paint is amplified in a black car. So as we do this today, give you an idea as the viewer, what we need to do to care for it. But always get your car in a good location where you have plenty of room. You are going to need probably electricity, you are going you know decent lighting still and we'll show you what to do with the car to make it look almost like new."
