"So, the most important thing that you could pack on your trip, is sunscreen. As we know with today's sun rays, the most important thing is to protect your skin, so it doesn't age, wrinkle, and most importantly, so you don't get any unwanted skin cells, so fifteen is probably the lowest that you want to go with. Fifteen, will just allow you enough to get a tan, as well as protect your skin. You can go up to thirty or even forty five, but something with an SPF of four or eight, is not going to cut it, so this, what you do with this, this is oil free, and what it means, is you can just put it everywhere, and what I do, is I take a little dab, and I literally put in everywhere, but I also like to get behind the ears, and I like to get on the lids, in places that people don't think that the sun will burn you. You never know where the sun is going to hit. You can fall asleep reading a book, and the sun will hit you in the wrong place, so make sure you evenly spread the sunscreen. You don't want the sunscreen only on one side of your arm. You want to make sure you get underneath the arm, as well, in between the fingertips, and every single section of your body, because the worse thing, is when you wake up, and you have lines, and you have all of these different sun lines going on, so make sure that when you buy your sunscreen, it's an SPF of fifteen at least, minimum, and that you put it all over your body. Also, make sure you put it on your toes, because when women put their toes inside their pumps, they burn, so make sure you get in between the toes, and on top of the toes, and those are my tips for sunscreen, and don't forget to pack them."
