Summer Vacation Packing Tips: Shoes

"So, now we're going to be talking about shoes for the summer, and sandals are my favorite, because you can have beads. You can have jewelry on them. You can do whatever you want, so first I'm going to show you, a really pretty pair. These are my brown sandals that I wear with everything, because they have blue jewels on them, and the blue jewels can go with any type of bathing suit, cover up, or skirt and shirt, so I love these, because they're comfortable, and they have a little bit of a platform, but not really, but just enough, so if you're short, it gives you a little bit of a boost, but you still are comfortable, when you're walking around, because we all know that the comfort has to be in the day, because the heels come at night, and we're never comfortable at night, so I suggest a pair of gorgeous flip flops, for walking around during the beach time, so my next pair of course, are for nighttime, which are my glitzing glam, my silver sandals, and what's really popular for the summer, are these cork heels, so it's kind of a cork platform, so again, it's not a stiletto, so it gives you a sense of balance, and it won't be as hurtful, as say a high heel, and of course the silver glitter, and this is really universal. A lot of people think, if you wear glitter on your shoes, you have to wear glitter on your shirt, which is not true at all. You just want one piece that accents that shiny part of your outfit, and make it the shoes, because they're not as subtle. I like that, so again, the cork bottom, very, very popular for summertime vacations, and you can wear these with anything. My next pair of course, you have to have a pair of white shoes. Now, these are Steve Madden, and these go for about forty dollars, really not expensive, and I like these because they have that old 70's look, and again, look at that cork. It has a cork platform, so again I try to avoid shoes in the summer, that have really high heels, especially if you get sunburned, and your feet are in pain, and your feet tend to swell up, when there's a lot of heat, so you really don't want to wear a high heel, so wear something comfortable, and these stretch,so which is another great thing. You want to get a shoe where the top can stretch a little bit, so you have room to breathe, so those are my tips on all of my heels, but the thing is, you can find any sort of colors, patterns. Again, mix it up. Bring about four to five pairs of shoes though, because you won't regret it. You're going to want to switch, with each outfit that you put on."
