"Alternating dead lifts with a repeat and a front deltoid raise is the next thing we're going to do. So from the side it looks like this. Again, this position, you got to keep your back straight, pretty much like a board, and I'm going to take this and I'm going to repeat this for the glut here, eight maybe, ten, maybe twelve of these. Notice I'm not down super low. The stronger you are the more you can get into this. Come right back up. Now this time, it's a front shoulder raise. Right? You can do these alternating or you can take them at the same time. And then you would switch legs, you'd go back down, working that glut muscle, come back up and a front raise again. So it's a variation and the focus is on your butt muscle and the front deltoid."
