When you are styling your hair at home it is important to move around a little bit. You want to go from side to side, back, even forward so that you are not just standing there trying to go with the center of gravity here. You need to eliminate the weight and move the hair around. With this bounce factor you must use a diffuser and that is an attachment to your dryer. Some dryers come with it, some you have to buy separately. These diffusers are not very expensive, they're usually under $10. So I am attaching it to the dryer such as. We want to have the air on high heat but low air so you don't want to blast your hair. That is what you would do if you want to wear your hair straight. For curl we want to go slowly and softer so we're putting it on low. Everything we are doing is going to be to lift and allow that curl to really set in there. Can you tilt your head back for me? There we go. Now of course I'm behind her styling her hair. If you were doing this at home you would be leaning to the side, leaning to the back, really allowing the hair to set into the diffuser and as you can see I'm allowing the diffuser to do all the work, really not touching it too much. Go ahead and tilt your head to the side for me. Here we are going to take this hair that is less curly and I am lifting it and putting it into the diffuser to really get that curl in there.
