"The next cheer we are going to learn is going to have more to do with the motions of your feet than your arms. So you are going to want to pay close attention. Once you learn the foot motion it is pretty simple because it repeats itself. I am going to go ahead and demonstrate the cheer for you. Go, fight, win. Go, fight, win. Now we are going to go ahead and break this foot motion down slowly. the first thing we are doing is a simple stomp of the right foot. Take our right foot, lift it up and stomp. When it hits the ground both feet are going to pop out into an open position. So let's take that from the top. Stomp and pop open. Next movement is going to be taking the right foot back in and the left foot is going to rise up into a liberty position so we have...so from the top we've got our stomp, open, right foot in, left foot liberty and the last one is going to be a stomp down with the left foot. So stomp open, liberty close. We are going to do that once, go. Make sure your clasp stays underneath your chin. We are going to repeat that again. Fight. Whenever you do your stomps your arms should be in clean position at your side. Win. Then we are going to do three claps, go, we are going to have our left arm on our hip and our right arm is going to go across our chest, fight, we are just going to pull that down to the side, win, we are going to punch it up into the punch position with our right arm. So we'll take that once more from the top. Go, fight, win. Go, fight, win."
