"Hi, in this segment we're going to be ironing a tie. Now, most ties are made of one hundred percent silk so you really need to be careful when you're ironing them, because if you iron them on to high level, you're just going to go ahead and wreck that tie. The other thing with ties is that if you get stains on them their usually ruined, you can't do anything with them. So, I've kept the label on this tie and it says it's made of one hundred per cent silk, like most ties. So, I want to use the setting that says good for silk, so, I go onto delicates, let it sit there for a couple of minutes, you have enough to iron it, but not too hot. Lay the tie flat and you don't want to press, even though it is on the delicate setting, you don't want to press to heavily on the tie because, even still, what you might do is create, what their called is like ironing marks, where you will actually see ironing imprints on to your tie or you'll ruin it. So, you just want to go nice and gently over the top not pressing to hard at all. Do the whole thing nice and gently, flip it over, do the other side, again not pressing too hard. And then, iron the whole thing, even the part that's going to be in the back, just makes it easier to tie as well. Flip it over, iron it down again, not putting too much pressure. And we have our nice, crisp, clean, good looking ironed tie."
