"The first thing we're going to do is make our cardboard backing and to do that we're going to take a plate and we're going to take a plate and we're going to measure the circle that will be the larger circle of the felt and it will also be the total size of the dartboard. So, it's important that you take the shapes that you're going to be using, the plate, and in our case the plate, the glass, and the bowl, to make sure that those sizes will give you a nice shape and that you'll have the difference in the sizes will give you a nice dartboard effect that it's supposed to have the different size rings in the middle for the different scoring options. So it's good to measure those out beforehand and the first one we're using is the plate which is actually going to be placed onto the cardboard. So the first one we're using is the plate which will be used to measure the cardboard and the first piece of felt that will go over it. The cardboard is good because it's soft enough that it can be cut easily, but it's also hard enough that it keeps its shape really nice and it'll give you a nice perfect circular shape to make the dartboard look really professional and really well done. So this is how we measure the cardboard that will be the backing of our dartboard."
