"The next thing we are going to do with the bosu is that you want to have two or more and I have two set up and you want to have some space between them so I have got I don't know about a little bit over a foot, maybe 18 inches in between them. You can have more space in between them and you can actually even add a step between them like an aerobics step but what you want to do is you want to start off and you want to hop up and come down, hop up and come down and then you are going to want to come back around. And this is great for boot camps or any type of like running exercise, you want to set up the room and have people running around and jump over the steps and jump over the bosus and this is great, people love it or they hate it but they'll do it one way or the other. Sometimes people just like jumping over the bosu which I personally like jumping on the bosu because then you get the stability portion and the only thing you can do is you can hop, hop over them and that is an opportunity for you to introduce some other things to your class or do for yourself while using the bosu and the running exercise."
