"Alright the next thing we are going to do with the bosu, ball side up is we are going to work on our adductors and our abductors. Now your adductors, add is in, ab goes out so when you add it in that means you are working on your adductors and when you take it out that means you are working on your abductors. So got that? Test later, just joking so we are going to bring that left leg up or right leg, whatever works for you. It seems like my balance is working better on my left side so I'm going to bring my left foot up first and I'm going to bring my right leg out and I am holding it out there and working on that abductor, just working on my balance, it is just a different way, different posture. Some people call this the Miogi from karate kid but we are just going to call this one here with our leg out the adductor, I'm sorry the abductor, see I screwed up too and then you want to switch it out, holding it for 20 to 30 seconds and bring that right leg up now, switching those legs. I always say in my classes, I don't care which leg you do, you've just got to do them both, we've got to balance ourselves out. We want to hold it again for 20 to 30 seconds the best you can to try to really stay focused and bring it down when you are ready and that is how you work on doing your balance with working on your abductors."
