"Next thing we're going to do after you've become an expert or at least semi-expert on getting stability on the flat side of the Bosu, what I want you to do is flip the Bosu over, you don't have to be an expert, you can just flip it over anytime you're ready, and bring it up to the ball side, that's where it looks like a stability ball. And you want to bring your right leg forward on that stability ball or the Bosu stability ball side. Then here, that's really important once again, is if it's deflated a little bit, it'll make it a little bit easier for you. This one's not too deflated. What I'm going to do though is I'm going to come on up, I've got that right leg, now I want to work on my balance, oh boy, gets tough right here. Working on that balance, try to hold that for about twenty to thirty seconds. It helps if you find something to focus on. Whew! You want to be careful not to injure yourself. Everyday is going to be a little bit different without balance, that helps bring your leg back and bring it forward. You want to find whatever's going to work for you on the balance. As you can see my balance is not real good here. Alright, and then bring it back down. You want to switch legs. Come on up. Now this leg's going to be a lot better for me, I can feel it already. I'm pulling my belly button into the spine, I'm focused, I'm holding it and then bring it back down after about twenty to thirty seconds. Then that is working on balance, stability on the ball side of the Bosu."
