"Now we're going to finish the handle of the wagon. The way that we do that is we cut the ribbon to our desired length and we're going to attach that end to the handle or the paper towel holder. Make sure that the ribbon is straight from where it's attached onto the wagon. We'll wrap it around a little bit over the handle and we'll put some glue there and this will be the way that the wagon is dragged along. You don't have to go up, roll it around too much on the paper towel holder, just make sure that there is enough glue there so that the entire ribbon will be able to be securely held onto the paper towel holder and then we can just go ahead and let it dry. This should be strong enough to be able to wheel the wagon across."
