"Working on those intermediate obliques with the ab roller. What we want to do, start off with those knees about hip width apart, take our ab roller in hand, both of our hands are on the grips, take our ab roller down. You want to pull that belly button in the spine, I don't know how many times I can say that. But you always want to pull your belly button into the spine when you're doing any type of ab or oblique exercise. And then what we're going to do, is we're going to roll a little bit to the right. You're going to come out a little bit farther than what we did with the beginner. So you're going to come out, maybe like three feet. And then you're going to go over to the left side. And then you're going to go back to that right side. You want to do about two sets of ten to twelve reps. Again, two sets of ten to twelve reps. And just roll it from side to side. If you want, you can stay on one side, focus on that one side first, and then come over to the other side. Want to make sure you get both. Working those obliques. I can feel it working my obliques right here. Feels great. And that's how you do intermediate obliques with the ab roller."
