"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we're talking about right now is how to become the best fundamental shooter that you can off the move. One of the best ways you can set yourself up off the move is to work what we call a two man game between the guard and the post. And what you're going to do right here is, you're going to throw a post entry pass, because most of the time when a defender's playing a guard, what's going to happen is, when he throws the ball--go ahead--throws the ball to the post, I'm either going to drop down on the post, or I'm going to release or sag off of this guy. Or I'm going to relax and think well he doesn't have the ball anymore, I can relax. So what we want our guards to do, is to not throw it to the post and stand in one spot. We want him to throw the ball to the post, and then what we call relocated. So they're going to feed the post, then they're going to yell relocated. They're either going to drop down, or they're going to relocated to the top, and get a pass back from the post. When they do this, their defender a lot of times, they can lose him, and if it's the guard that gets the shot just from feeding the post and relocating. So, we're going to show you real quick one time what it looks like at full speed. And you don't have to shoot the ball, we just want to show you what it looks like to relocated. So see the post, relocate, good. You see he relocated to the corner, his defender fell asleep on him, now he's going to be able to get a shot. That's one of the best ways that you can get open off the move by using the two man game."
