"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we want to talk about right now is how to become the best fundamental shooter off the move that you can. One important thing about shooting off the move. You can have the best moves in the world, you can be good at getting yourself open, you can be good at turning and picking up the basket, you can have a good fundamental base, you can have a good shot pocket, you can have a good shot release, but if you don't get the ball quickly, a lot of times it's not going to work out for you, because your defender's going to come up and is going to tip the ball. What we're talking about there is this. As Blake comes around to shoot the ball, when he catches and turns, he wants to be able to get that shot off right now. He can't take time to get his feet set. He can't take time to get the ball just perfect in the shot pocket, pick up the rim, think about his shot, and then deliver it, because when he catches this ball, there's going to be a defender coming out to play him right as soon as he catches the ball. So he's got to make sure that as soon as he catches it in the shot pocket that he gets that shot off really quickly. Let's try one here. All right, he's going to come off the move, watch how quickly he releases the ball. He gets his feet set, he releases the ball, and he got his shot off quick. Now, it doesn't necessarily mean or matter if it goes in or not, but you've got to get that shot off quick and give yourself a chance. If you catch and take time and wait, you're going to get your shot blocked, and then it's going to go the other way for points. So make sure that you have a quick release, and that you get that ball off quickly."
