"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we're talking about right now is how to become the best fundamental shooter, that you can off the move, and one of the most important things you've got to do off the move, is once you set yourself up for the shot, and you come into the shot, you've got to have the proper foot work. You cannot catch the ball and leave your feet sitting back, where you caught the ball, and try to shoot it, or you're going to be off balance. You also can't shoot, and then take a lot of time to get your feet set after you catch the ball. So, it's very important that you work on your foot work and catch the ball as you're coming. So, Blake, let's just have you run off the wing here, and show them how to get your foot work set up, yea, just come right here yep. You see how he catches it, there's a couple of ways you can do it. One way is you can come around, you can catch on the first step. That's how I like to do it, I like to catch on the first step and get myself squared. You see that Blake does it just a little bit differently, in the fact that he actually catches, and on the catch, he hops into the position that he goes into. There's a couple of ways you can do it, that's personal preference, but the main thing is, you've got to get your feet set in a good balanced position, after you catch the ball off the move in order to be a good shooter off the move."
