"The next thing is to pick out music. Now you're going to need music regardless of the fact that you're doing like a raucous dance party or if you're doing a little more like a chill, sedate, people just hanging out having a good time. You're going to want to have music in both circumstances, or anything else in between. So that means consulting your CD collection. Now St. Patrick's Day, there's really no right or wrong way to do music unless, it just depends what you're going for. If you want a dancing you gotta get some good dance music. Get some dance mixes. Maybe burn some CD's or have a DJ friend of yours show up. If you want. But at the very least, you should go with music that people are going to enjoy. So definitely take the pulse of the crowd's that coming. What type of music do they enjoy. Ongoing you should be playing some of that music before you pick out your music selection. Now if you want to have a little more have a little more quote unquote, 'traditional' St. Patrick's Day music, well I'd suggest you get a little more Celtic. And by that I mean there's lots of Celtic CD's and songs out there lots of little more like European folk art and music that are out there now. Lot of CDs which are you know infiltrated into the States, for years they were mainly over in European, now they're over in the United States of America, where you're actually able to go to your music store and pick up some of that too. So you know, Celtic, Folk, even New Age you can also do if you're really kind of going for that St. Patrick's Day feel."
