"If you have pencils you need a pencil sharpener. You can use an electric pencil sharpener which works really well. What I have found is that sometimes if you have an electric pencil sharpener it will tend to chew up half of your pencil before you even know what is going on. So you can use an electric pencil sharpener and I do have one that I use on occasion but for the most part what I have found to be really really effective is just a very basic pencil sharpener like this, it is metal, it is sturdy, it will last forever and it helps keep a very sharp point on your pencil. And when you are doing colored pencil you need to keep the point sharp and you can also use a pencil sharpener like this which is pretty basic as well, make sure you keep it empty or else it doesn't work as well and it gets clogged and you can't sharpen as well. This is a very creative pencil sharpener, this is actually for an eye shadow pencil and it works really really well to sharpen these crayons because again you want to keep a sharp point on the crayons also depending on the technique you want to use. So if you have an old eye shadow crayon sharpener somewhere in the bathroom go ahead and it makes a great pencil sharpener for the crayons."
