"So more basic supplies that I use along with brushes and water and paint and those things are again my watercolor pencils. My suggestion to you when you choose watercolor pencils is go to the art store and find some that you like, find some colors that you like. There are different brands that you can choose, there are different types and we will go into some details of this a little bit later but that is a very basic tool for me, the watercolor pencils. I have also found watercolor crayons and one of the nice things about these you can fill a large space quickly when you put water on top of this. It just floats in and it makes it a really nice good solid surface. You can layer your crayons over the paint just like you can do with the pencils. You can put the marks on the paper with the crayons and layer water or paint over those as well so just by using your basic watercolor paint, some watercolor crayons and some watercolor pencils if you include those in your basic tool box of things to do and things to use with your watercolors it will give you a lot more versatility and you will be able to have a lot more fun with it."
