"What to keep your water in, you always want to have a really good supply of fresh water that you can obviously dip your brushes in and put on to your painting. If you use small little containers to keep your water in or to clean your brushes then you are consistently having to go dump the water and change the water and you just really can't get into any kind of painting. You can use a really big huge bucket that works out really well but one of the things that I've found that works really good is a milk carton and all you do is it's a big old gallon milk carton, it used to be inexpensive but it is not as inexpensive any more. But it works pretty well and I just simply make a cut here and along here and up the other side. It holds a lot of water, you can see through it so you can see when the water is starting to get a little murky on you. The sharp edge allows you get the water off the edge of your brush if you need to clean it as you are bringing it out and you've got a little corner here and you can do that with and isn't expensive enough that when you see when it has started to get dirty you can throw it away and get another one so it works out really well for keeping water in."
