"The reason why people should get a mattress is because the benefit the mattress can do for you. It really helps you have a healthy night sleep. And what I mean by that is that your REM sleep during the night, you're more likely not to toss and turn so that you get a more restful night sleep. And that's the basically the reason why you should choose a mattress over sleeping on the floor or something like that. Well the first thing they should know is that they need to lay down on the mattress. What happens is a mattress is could be comfortable for me but not comfortable for you. And the only way you're going to find that out is by actually trying the mattress. You need to you need to lay on it. You need to lay on it the way you sleep whether you're a side sleeper or a back sleeper. You need to try the mattress in that way. And you can tell believe or not within a five minute period if the mattress is going to be comfortable. And so you try a multiple different types of mattresses so that you can narrow it down to which one is the most comfortable. And it's not always the most expensive bed. It's not always the cheapest bed, but it's the one that's comfortable for you."
