"So, we've got Steve in motion, he's been going at it for a little while. What we're going to do is Steve come on in, and get some water, you can't hydrate yourself enough, especially when you're working out. You want to make sure that you're actually getting hydrated, if you have big games, if you have anything that you know that you're going into, you want to say - make sure that you're hydrating yourself during the week and especially the night before, and that means really staying away from alcohol, obviously, that means staying away from sodas, you really want to get as much water into your system if you know that there's a point in the next day or so that you're going to be perspiring, you know, at a rate that you should really hydrate yourself. Once you get to that point and you haven't hydrated yourself you really put yourself in danger. You can pass out, there's actually kidney failures. It's a very dangerous thing not to hydrate yourself. So, really when you're exercising at any level, you want to make sure that you're carrying water with you or that there's water available. And it doesn't matter if it's just an easy walk around your neighborhood, if it's a full out marathon or if it's playing football like Steve does. You want to make sure that you've always got water on hand. It can be the matter between life and death."
