Now since we're in a smaller area, it's a good sized field, but, sometimes people don't have that much room, so what we're going to do is we're going to take Steve and part of his warmup and we're going to go ahead and have him do just some short sprints. So Steve, go ahead and hit one. You see, he's pumping, same thing, and he can come back. Line up. Go ahead and come back through. Good pump, good form. And you can tell that his body is loosened up and that's in part because of the laps that he's taking, he did his brisk walk, he took his time to warm up. Again, there's no race. Go ahead and hit one more. Nice, easy strides. He's not doing too much right now, he's still in a very cold phase. He's got some blood pumping, go ahead, hit one more. But he's allowing himself the time warm up the body like it should be. Go ahead and hit one more. And let's go one more. It's a great job. He did it in a short range, about ten yards, this can be done in a backyard, small parks, any area where you can find just enough strip just to run and get yourself going. Let's go one more. Excellent.
