"Okay so we've set Steve in motion but what we're going to do is we're going to back up a little bit. What we've got is Steve, he's actually going to start off in a brisk walk or just a simple walk just to get going. A lot of people are going to be on different levels so it's important that everybody doesn't start off in a dead run or a dead sprint. So Steve's just taking it easy, he's got his arms going. He's going to loosen up all of his muscles. This is something that anybody that's older can appreciate, just a simple walk. This is what you see people doing at night during the week, walking their dogs and everything else. There's no race. There's no race to warm up. Steve go ahead and build it up into a little bit of a quicker walk. He's got himself a little trot there. This is a great way just to get things going. For a lot of people, it'll be all the conditioning that you need and that's recommended in a lot of cases. It's good for older people, it's good for everybody at all levels. It's not hard on the body. What he can do from here he can pick up his pace. Then, once he gets really going for a good athletic guy like himself, then he can break it down and we can start to stretch."
