Video Transcript

"Another form that I found very effective in the past is the Walking Meditation. This is traditionally done as part of a traditional ZaZen Buddhist Meditation which is a Japanese form of Buddhism. But here, I like to use it just as my everyday life. I can be walking down the street downtown and be doing a Walking Meditation, you never know it. But, the way I do it, is I just, as I walk, I sort of link my breath to my steps. So I might do one breath in for four steps and then I'll do my exhale for four steps. So I might just walk like this. You'll find and think that you get more done and you feel better about it at the end of the day."
