Foundation Makeup for Different Seasons

"Your foundation application will change throughout the seasons. In the summer, I'm going to tell you a few tips that you can actually follow so that your make up will still look great. We tend to often get shiny or greasy in the summer month, so here's a few hints that what you can do. First of all when you're prepping your skin before your foundation, try to look for an oil-free moisturizer, so you're not adding extra oils to your skin. And the same with your foundation. There's often products out on the market, look for words like non-comodegenic, oil-free or gel based. Those are actually great in the summer. It is also a good idea to purchase two different colored foundation. One layer for the winter month and then a little bit of a darker shade, not too much darker, just one step down or up, however you want to look at it, to maybe mix into your regular foundation, or the foundation that you've been using throughout the winter. This is Sheena's regular foundation and now I'm actually mixing in a little bit of a darker shade to create a more saturated tone, maybe, the color that Sheena would have in the summer. So this is how you can actually, just blend two shades to create that perfect foundation. We don't have to look too chalky or too light in the summer just because our foundation doesn't match. But, we also don't have to go bare face. So there's definitely ways to mix up your product to create that flawless, beautiful face that all of us want."
