"A very important aspect of hockey is passing. I'm going to start off by showing how to give a pass to another player. A pass is some what like a wrist shot, where as, you know, you have the same stance and positioning, except rather than a wrist shot where you're flicking the wrist and trying to aim upwards, you're kind of just going to keep the puck on the ice and use your momentum from one leg to the other and push the puck forward. In different situations you're going to make different kinds of passes. Depending on where players are, you might pass the puck slow, or fast. Also, not ever single pass has to stay on the ice. Some passes can go in the air a little bit. Also, you want to make sure that you keep your head up so you can see where you're passing to. It's a very important part of passing. And that's how to give a pass."
