"And we are going to show you how to make a three point jump shot ok. Or at least where to stand when you are shooting a three point jump shot. Three point jump shots, they start off from outside the key and outside of the paint. That's the semi circle line that divides the inside the paint and the key. This is where you get three points if you can make the jump shot. The three most known places for the three point jump shot are the top of the key, the elbow which where Brian is standing with the basketball and ready to shoot. Alright, then he dribbles over to the corner to show you the other spot ok. It's less footage between here and there, then anywhere else on the court. But that also can help you on offense because it gives it the defender less room. Alright. So Brian dribbles back to the right elbow, stops, plants his feet, he is ready to shoot. When he shoots he is going to give enough distance and distance is created through his shoulder and his elbow and his base of his jump shot. Ready? So here we go, we are going to go live, jump back to the corner, come back to elbow, be ready to shoot. Perfect, that's how you make a three point jump shot from the three point area."
