"Hello, and welcome back again. I am Hank. I'd like to tell you about a fitness program that's in the nautilus trainer. It's a program that you want to use when you want to check your heart rate. It's also a program that you can put in your your age and your weight, and will precisely tell you when you're going too fast or going too slow. If your heart rate is going too high it'll tell you to slow down, and if it's not up high enough to get that great cardio workout it'll tell you to speed up. It's very simple. It's all the same programs as the others, and you scroll through and you find the fitness test and enter enter your weight, enter your age, enter your time, and you start working out. The grips, the handgrips have the heart rate monitor pads that are on them as well. So, if you'd prefer to use this mode and you do that in between, you grip it and it will give you your heart rate, and tell you the level that you're on. And again, it will help you to adjust; to tell you to go faster, to tell you to slow down. The other grips are on the movable arms, and you grip them and it has the same type of a pad on it, and will also give you your heart rate. You'll be able to feel your heart rate going up quickly, and it's a great fitness test. And again, it's something to be safe cause' the machine can tell you exactly precisely what you're doing. You don't have to be afraid to get on it and learn what your limits are. And thanks again. We'll be back with you soon."
