"In this section of the butterfly stroke, this is your tenth and final step, and it's kind of a recap of everything. This is when you'll do the big kick. So the big kick, your legs will be together, remember, as I showed you. And you're kind of moving like an S. All right? You're very flexible. And once you end up pulling, okay remember, after you finish pulling like an S, then you're going to do a big kick and then you're going to bring your arms out. All right? And go into the water like a dive. So you'll bring your arms out of the water. As you're bringing them out, you're going to do the big kick and go into the water, and then do your little pull. And so remember, your feet are together, you're going to be moving like a mermaid or like a dolphin, either one that you want to pick. And your arms, always make sure it's a lot of shoulder movement. A lot of shoulder movement, okay? So, it's not like the backstroke or the freestyle swim, where you think it's like that. Don't try to force it. Okay? It's got to be very relaxed. And just remember, basically, it's like your hands are just touching out in the front. So it's that same movement. And you've got to relax your shoulders. And your shoulders are almost kind of touching one another on the back of the blades when you come into the water. Okay? And that's it. That's the butterfly stroke."
