"Alright let's try an inner thigh movement using the ball. So take the ball and put it between your knees. The thickest part of the ball, now what you want to do is step and put your feet as close together as possible and then stand up. Now what you are going to do is you are going to breathe out and squeeze your knees in together as hard as you can and hold it for a count of three. This should be an excellent inner thigh exercise. Then release and breathe out, squeeze in. Now don't hold your breath, because if you pass out it looks funny for everybody in the gym. Can you feel it working on your thigh Amy. Yes. Good, now if that's too easy, let's go flat on your back and do the same game again. So now Amy is going to lie down, she is going to put the ball in between her knees or maybe not. She is going to breathe out and squeeze in and if this is easy she is going to put her hands behind her head, and as she squeezes in she is going to come up into a crunch."
