"Well I can talk about how I was able to get into this field about thirty two years ago. Once I graduated college, I unknowingly took an exam for the Secret Service, I thought it was just for your basic treasury agent's position. Later on I found out that it was an exam that qualified me to get into the Secret Service. I entered the Secret Service at age 22, and I began a career not only in executive protection, but also in criminal investigations. I can't speak highly enough of the type of work that we did in the Secret Service and the kind of people that are involved in the Secret Service. It was a tremendously rewarding career and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get into that law enforcement type executive protection career. But there are also many other locations and venues where people can get into this business today. The private sector is filled with executive protection positions and career possibilities, you need to just open your eyes and go out there and look. Let me talk a little bit about getting your positions in the private sector because I talked a little bit about, before, prior to this, about how I was able to get into my executive protection career in the government. Once you transition into the private sector, there's a new world to get into, it's a learning curve. Your skill sets, again, for the executive protection skill sets transition, but your skill sets getting into the private sector coming out of the government need to be honed and you need to learn how to run a business. You need to learn how to become a freelancer, you need to learn how to market yourself, you need to learn how to get those jobs. All of this, personally I cover in my executive protection agent training course. It's a whole new world for individuals that once they decide to go into this world and there's a whole new world of things that they need to learn."
