"Hi my name is Cristy Nix with stoneblessings.com. Today we are talking about you using your own energy to clear out your chakras or to clear out and heal someone else's, simply by using the energy you are running through your body now. Now the one way we can tell that we are running energy is the heat that comes out of our hands. And if your hands feel cold then running, creating that friction will actually stimulate your hands to be running energy. Now once you have that energy going simply take your hands place them over the chakra, which this is the heart chakra, and allow that energy to seep into the body. That will help clear away any blockages or any damage that is currently running through that chakra. Now your hands will probably get hotter they can easily tingle and you can feel, you can feel it clearing out. And leaving it there for anywhere from a couple of minutes to as long as you feel you need to will actually help to clear out that energy chakra. So simply we are wired, we are able to heal ourselves and others by simply using the energy that runs through our body."
