"Hi my name is Cristy Nix with Stone Blessings, and today we're talking about the four levels of self, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. Now we're discussing our physical body. It is the one that most people are in touch with. If we get bitten by a mosquito, we're very aware of it. If we trip over and stub our toe, we're very aware of it, because it it gives us physical pain, something that we cannot ignore. Now this body, when it's out of whack, we throw our back out or something, we're definitely very aware of it, and we go to a Chiropractor or a doctor to iron it out. Now, there are some things, like illness, that can actually be caused by one of the higher levels of self; being spiritual, self, emotional, or mental. If it, one of those is out of whack, and that root is not dealt with; like emotions of you having an argument with your sister, and things being absolutely drama, and now you're not talking to each other or resolving it, and you haven't released that anger. If you don't deal with it, it will actually simmer down and come out in your physical body. And this can also be headaches. It can be anything physical, like cancer, the common cold, allergies can be symptoms and actually characters of things that haven't been dealt with one of the higher bodies, so it can easily take you down. So it's best to resolve anything in your higher bodies that has not been dealt with, to let it go and to be healthy and free, so that you don't end up off the map."
