"My name is Christy Nix with stoneblessings. com, we're talking about and breaking down the four levels of self. There are spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels that comprise all of these. The spiritual body is specifically is our connection to the divine source. So that is our connection to our belief systems and our structures that we wrap our daily lives and how we live our life around. So that is our connection to the divine energy of the universe, however you see that. Be it God, your higher power, what have you. That connection makes us feel our related joy often are being in sync with self. When it, that is out of balance or just off kilter, or when we're disconnected from higher source, we tend to feel discombobulated and often rather scatter-brained. We often feel that there's no hope, that we are losing ground and that everything is kind of coming down on us. And to reconnect, it could easily be listening to music that helps elevate our moods, it could be reading something or walking outside in nature and reconnecting with mother earth. Something that would remind us that we are all inner-connected. Gratitude is also a way of reconnecting with spirit. So quite simply saying thank you and please, that common consideration will also help you divinely reconnect."
