"Hi my name is Chell Garcia-Trias and I'm a modern dance instructor in Austin, Texas. I'm going to show you a variation on rolling through your feet that will be a nice warm up for your ankles and your feet. So all we are going to do is make little rolls with our feet on the floor. I'm going to use my toe and push my toe to the floor to roll through my ankle so I'm really just rolling around, isolating my ankles just to warm up my feet a little bit so I'll do them one way and then I'll do them the other way and you get a little elastic motion in your whole body once you start doing this. And you can really let it move through your whole body if you want to and it will warm up your legs a little bit also and your hips and your feet. It is a nice way to get started moving in modern dance and so that's one way to roll through the feet in modern dance where you are going to really get yourself warmed up."
