"Hi my name is Chell Garcia-Trias and I'm a modern dancer in Austin, Texas and modern dance instructor. I'm going to show you how to do a triple turn move where I'm going to start with my leg to the side and I'm going to throw my arm underneath me and that is going to give me the momentum for my turn. It is a very simple momentum for my turn. My leg is just to the side and my hip is really reaching down. Now once I start turning I'm going to bring my foot into an arabesque with attitude actually and then I'm going to bring my leg back this way and then I'm going to bring my foot all the way into me into passe so there's three moves there. There's my leg to the extend extended, back, and up and my arm is doing that action it is coming to the side around and up. It happens kind of quickly so when I'm doing it I'm going to push down and up and around and my arms end up here, kind of a swiveling turn. If I want I can add a fall to the floor. So arms swivel, fall to the floor so that is a really nice triple move turn that I like to do in modern dance that you can add to your modern dance routine."
