"Hello, my name is Lori Randall with Simply Divine Events and I am a wedding planner. And next I'm going to talk about how to incorporate music and entertainment into your cocktail reception. First you want to think about utilizing your musicians or your music or entertainment that you've used for your ceremony. And bring them on over to your cocktail hour. So you're going to want to contract them up front and have them play at your cocktail hour. So then again you're not bringing another person in who's using gas to come over. You want to just pretty much make everything as easy and simple as possible. You can be using a harpist, a a string trio. You can do an acoustic guitarist or if you want to get something a little more upbeat, you might want to think about a flamenco guitarist. Basically you want to look into musicians that have instruments that aren't going to require power. And you can also use your iPod. You can take iPod from home, bring it on over, set it up at your cocktail reception, have your wedding planner do that for you. Put it into your docking station and play some music for your cocktail hour. So those are some things to think about and some little tips to think about when you're choosing entertainment and music for your cocktail hour for your green themed wedding."
