"Hello, my name is Lori Randall with Simply Divine Events and I am a wedding planner and I have been planning events for ten years. Next I'm going to talk about how to incorporate your signature cocktail into your green wedding. Many brides and grooms now are having a signature cocktail they're putting out at their cocktail hour, and you want to think along the lines of organic. You can do organic green tea since it is your "green" wedding, and you can place that on the bar in a nice cool jug with the green tea. You could put a little tent card and kind of name it, this is your signature cocktail, this is going to go along with your whole green theme. There's also a lot of soft drinks out there, I know there's Dr. Brown's sodas and the root beers are organic, you might want to look for something like that. Your organic wines and your organic beers, and there are some beers that are just off the shelf there too that you can buy in your local grocery stores that are organic as well. So stick along the lines that are organic. Look into a local winery. Even if it's not organic, you want to try to use local things, so look for a local winery, you can typically find those online, and go ahead and think about using something like that for your signature cocktail. So those are some ideas on how to incorporate a signature cocktail into your green wedding."
