Hi, my name's Bob Linde. I'm here to show you the next move in the twenty four Young style tai chi set. I've actually been practicing tai chi for about thirteen years now. We just finished the first fair lady work shuttle and so basically we're going to now turn and do that same move in the other direction with our other hand in the upper most position. So we finished with our first fair lady work shuttle, our hand is over our forehead so that can see out we see our attacker if we're actually using the Marshall application. We're in a good tai chi stance and our left hand is down in a strike or in a low block. So we're going to pivot, hold the ball, empty step, fair lady's work shuttle left. So, again our left hand is now up, our right hand is in the strike. Let me show that one more time so can see the transition from the right to the left side. Right hand is up, left hand is down, the hands drop, I'm pigeon toed, my left hand is on the bottom for hold the ball, I empty step, left hand comes up for a high block and I strike at the ribs with my right hand.
