Hi my name is Bob Linde and I'm going to show you the next move in the twenty four yang style tai chi set. I've actually been practicing tai chi for about thirteen years now. So we finished up with the golden rooster stands on one leg, so our left knee is up and our left hand. Now we're going to take a good empty step and hold the ball. Now we're going to step to the forty five and basically come up with our right hand make sure that it's above your head and you got a nice roundedness to your forearm and at the elbow. And your left hand is out as a strike or a block. There's an interesting reason that we call this fair lady works shuttles. It actually refers to woman working large looms in factories. And they would be pushing the board to weave as they pull down and brought in the next line of string. So it's actually reminiscent of a number of factory workers, working on a fabric line. So we'll show you that one more time. So from golden rooster stands on one leg, where we hold the ball, fair lady works shuttle. So you can see the martial applications of this one. And in this case we're really just going to block and strike. So it's just like we do it in the moves. So we are really beating up on this guys ribs today.
