"Hi, my name is Bob Linde and I'm here to show you the next move in 24 Yang Style Tai Chi set. I've actually been practising Tai Chi for about thirteen years now. So we just finished our grasp or Grasp Bird's Tail series to the right side, and so now we're going to turn, we'll actually do a Single Cloud Hand. But there's also a transitional move in there that we oftentimes refer to as Single Whip. So, we just finished up our good Tai Chi step, our hands are out, we just gave them a good show. And so now we're going to drop our right hand as our left hand comes across. This is our Single Cloud Hand. Now we're going to do, what I like to call, Feeding The Bird Seed, it's as if your crumbling bird's seed out. Your left hand is out by your elbow, now we're going to do a good Tai Chi step and we've got Single Whip. Alright. So, let me show you the Martial application for that real fast. "Come on back out here". And so what we've got is, when he comes to punch, I then have the opportunity to come up and either strike here or with my Single Whip, I can come up and strike up again underneath the acupuncture point Heart 1, and stop his heart or actually just knock the wind out of him pretty good. So, find a good Tai Chi instructor in your area and enjoy playing Tai Chi."
