"Hi my name is Bob Linde and I'm here today to show you the next move in the twenty four yang style tai chi set. I've been practicing tai chi for about thirteen years now. So we just finished the last move and that was the grasp birds tail series left. So we finished here in our good tai chi step. We just gave somebody a good shove so our hands are out in front of us. We are not leaning too far forward, we are not leaning too far back. So what we want to do is go and turn to the other direction, so we are pigeon toed. We release the right foot as our weight shifts to the back foot. We hold the ball, which is our transitional move, now we can empty step and we do the exact same thing we did on the other side. We reach to the corner, our weight shifts back, our left hand pivots on top of our wrist. Weight shifts forward as we strike, our hands come apart, weight shifts back and then we press again. So it's an exact repeat of what we did in the other side, this one is grasps birds tail series right. And remember to find a good tai chi instructor in your area so that you can learn the safe and easy way to do the tai chi and enjoy playing tai chi."
