Garden-Themed Wedding Menu

"Hi I'm Jessica Meiczinger with Simply Divine Events and I've been planning weddings for over 10 years now and today I'm going to talk about what to choose and how to choose your menu for your garden themed wedding reception. First of all if you are getting married in the garden and you are having your reception there, you really want to enjoy the grounds. One of my favorite things to do is actually set stations throughout the garden so the guests can actually enjoy their surroundings. You don't necessarily have to do seating for everybody. You can do a mixture of tall cocktail tables and short cocktail tables. You can do stations, you know a carving station, a cheese station, you can do a fondue station. Those are just some ideas and also have the servers butler pass them appetizers as well and that would mainly be for a heavy cocktail style reception. Another option is to have your wedding and reception during the day so you can enjoy the natural lighting of the grounds. You can do a brunch style menu or a nice luncheon. You could do a plated luncheon, you could do a buffet and keep in the stations and have those spread throughout the grounds as well. So those are just some ideas on how to choose a menu for your garden themed wedding reception."
