"Hello I'm Sifu Mallon with the Clearwater Kung Fu Center and this is my assistant Melissa and this is kick boxing. The next pad combination that we are working is called lead jab, bob and weave, lead hook, rear knee strike. So this combination is using left hand, a defensive tactic, left hand, then rear knee. Going through it slow, Melissa face me. So we start off with both of our legs being bent, left to left. My elbows are down to my body supporting my gloves out in front so remember elbows not here but down. She fires a left jab, one, now from here I am going to bring my right hand forward. I'm going to go the circle overhead so I'm going to loop over the body this way. Now remember this comes straight back to me and my left hand goes out and she hook punches. Now the left hand goes down, left foot steps back, right hand doubles up, knee strike, good. Step back and reset for the same combination again. One, two, three, four. Good. You will notice that with my pad for the knee strike again I am at an angle this way and I'm not straight up and level this way so I'm at an angle. Again one, two, three, four. Good. One more, one, two, three, four. Good, Melissa. So this is our lead jab, bob and weave lead hook, rear knee strike, kick boxing combination."
