Before purchasing any consumer fireworks such as sparklers or other types of consumer fireworks please check with your local police department, fire department, or a quick internet search as to what is legal in every state. Every state has their own laws pertaining to consumer fireworks. Some states do not allow purchase of consumer fireworks even the simple sparkler is not legal by law.
