"You know some type of consumer fire work can add fun to any type of party or holiday event. Hi I'm Captain Joe Bruni with over three decades of firefighting and emergency medical services experience. What I'm going to talk about is the ignited consumer fire work known as the sparkler. Sparklers should be lit one at a time. The sparkler should be extended by the user and lit by someone designated as the shooter. Never hand a burning sparkler once it is lit off to somebody else. It should be held out as an unlit sparkler and ignited by someone else as the shooter. Once the sparker is burning, it should be extended at arms length and never held or passed off to another person. I'm Captain Joe Bruni stay safe and we'll see you next time."
